SUMMARY:Psychedellics & Trauma
DESCRIPTION:  \n  \nPsychedellics give us the opportunity to expand our understanding of who we are\, confront our internal obstacles and open to a new way of seeing ourselves. They highlight the relational aspect of our human experience by reminding us we are in fact connected to everything. This means we are connected to our past\, inclusive of grief and trauma that we have not addressed. In a psychedellic experience we have the opportunity to explore these things. The question is\, how do we do this safely\, with intention to futher our wellness journey. \nFor years I have been facilitating shamanic teachings which have included working with groups in the Amazon in the care of Grandmother Ayahuasca and in group ceremonies in Canada with Grandmother Psilocybin. \nMy initial introduction to psychedellics began over thirty years ago and is the foundational element in my healing practice and understanding of my place in the Universe. \nThis evening we will explore the following: \nHow can micro dosing help in addressing trauma? \nWhat happens in a group ceremony? \nTalking to Spirit – what is real? \nHow to integrate the depth of pscychedellic experience to bring it home and make life changes. \nTickets: $30 in advance – etransfer sarahsalterkelly@gmail.com or $40 at the door \nExplore the following videos to get a feel for our night: \n \n \n
