DESCRIPTION:Our event begins with a shamanic journey to connect with Hummingbird and culminates with an ecstatic dance process for embodiment. Hummingbird guides us to open to beauty\, joy and the purest of white light. With curiosity\, and an open heart you will be led through the mediation to explore the sweetest nectars of life\, allowing for your own child like sense of wonder to be illumined. \nTime: 7pm-8:30pm \nLocation: Bliss Yoga lounge Kelowna\, 223 Bernard ave \nCost: $35 in advance – e-transfer sarahsalterkelly@gmail.com or $45 at the door \nSarah Salter Kelly is a talented healer\, teacher and speaker\, most recently the author of Trauma as Medicine. She utilizes the raw compounded teachings of her life experience to uplift\, empower and guide others. Her wisdom is authentic\, embodied and hard won – generated through years of integrating the tragic homicide of her mother and learning to forgive the perpetrator – alongside 30 years of studying personal growth\, mysticism\, restorative justice\, and Shamanism. Over the past 20 years she has run a private healing practice\, facilitated retreats in Canada and in Peru\, taught trauma-focused and shamanic healing workshops\, and presented at conferences/public events. \n(Alberta Restorative Justice\, Knowing our Spirits Aboriginal Health and Wellness\, Edmonton Women’s Prison\, Sisters in Psychedelics – to name a few) Most recently she was interviewed by spiritual teacher Marianne Williamson.
