This impedes our ability to open to our light\, diminishes our relationships\, and prevents us from feeling connected. What we have not forgiven quite literally prevents us from showing up in our lives. \nHow can we if we are consumed with all the holding required to bear these greivances. \nThis monthly circle offers an opportunity to engage your felt sense\, explore your energy body\, and notice what you are holding as contracted unforgiven blocks.
