SUMMARY:Forgiveness Healing Circle
DESCRIPTION:Forgiveness has the power to liberate us from our deepest suffering\, to remind us that joy and grace are ever present and available – if we so choose. \nWhen we align with our Source – our highest power – we naturally remember the truth of our being and are able to shift our perspective to a different vantage point. To explore who we are and what has come to pass with a new set of eyes. \nThe grievances we hold – towards ourselves or others – remain as contracted energy in our bodies. This impedes our ability to open to our light\, diminishes our relationships\, and prevents us from feeling connected. What we have not forgiven quite literally prevents us from showing up in our lives. \nHow can we if we are consumed with all the holding required to bear these greivances. \nThis monthly circle offers an opportunity to engage your felt sense\, explore your energy body\, and notice what you are holding as contracted unforgiven blocks. Then begin the work of self inquiry to explore and investigate how you may change this to cultivate peace. \nLocation is Roots on Whyte Conference room 8135-102st unit 304 \nRegistration is confirmed via e-transfer of $30 to sarahsalterkelly@gmail.com \nPay $100 for all four at once and save $20 \n

SUMMARY:Trauma as Medicine talk & book signing
DESCRIPTION:Come meet author of the work Trauma as Medicine\, a DIY book for healing trauma and transforming your life. Sarah Salter Kelly will be giving an inspiring talk and will be signing books so register early to save your spot for this amazing\, intimate evening! \nSarah Salter Kelly shares her experience of her mothers brutal kidnapping and homicide as a template to support others in moving into the underworld territory of trauma. Through her inspirational story she offers foundational teachings to guide you in trusting that not only have you had the right life experiences\, you have the resources within yourself to address them and transform them. She offers simple\, practical\, and powerful insights for the metabolization of trauma in day to day life. \nHer book\, Trauma as Medicine\,  is based on two primary philosophies: First\, we have come to this planet to learn lessons and everything we need to grow is found in the heart of our experiences. Second\, the world around us is made of an intelligent matrix of consciousness – life force – that we are in fact a part of\, and we may cultivate our relationship with this life force to generate healing. \nBio \nYears of  training in spiritual healing and personal growth\, as well as a focus on earth based traditions\, enable Sarah to present a guide to freedom\, compassion and authentic forgiveness. She provides a path in the very life lessons which lie before us: those found at the heart of our trauma. \nWebsite: Sarahsalterkelly.com \nFor those interested in reading her book prior to attending – it is available here: Trauma as Medicine | Sarah Salter Kelly or alternately pick up a copy in town at Bodhi Tree \n“This book provides not only a story of tremendous healing but gifts the reader a thorough roadmap to navigate our own healing and ultimately contribute to the collective wellbeing of our planet. Sarah provides many pertinent reflections on our collective relationship to the First peoples of this land and the role required of each of us.”  Teresa Callihoo\, MBA\, Wetaskiwin AB \n  “Sarah Salter Kelly took the agonizing pain of personal catastrophe and turned it into soul medicine for herself and others. What seared her soul\, then opened her soul. And an amazing light came in.”\n— Marianne Williamson\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWatch her interview with Marianne Willamson here \nThis event is FREE
