SUMMARY:Psychedellics & Trauma
DESCRIPTION:  \n  \nPsychedellics give us the opportunity to expand our understanding of who we are\, confront our internal obstacles and open to a new way of seeing ourselves. They highlight the relational aspect of our human experience by reminding us we are in fact connected to everything. This means we are connected to our past\, inclusive of grief and trauma that we have not addressed. In a psychedellic experience we have the opportunity to explore these things.
