This Event is Cancelled. New Moon Healing Circle will resume in June.
Intention: To facilitate a space for self directed and collective healing, through the use of guided meditation, circle process and collaboration.

Format:
10-10:15 – Opening prayer/smudge
10:15-10:30 – Circle process – Each person introduces themselves and shares what is bringing them to circle
10:30-11 – Shamanic journey/guided meditation. I lead you in a journey inward, to connect with what you need to generate healing, overcome obstacles or be with what is difficult. This might be through developing a greater capacity for joy, grace or peace as much as it may be gaining a greater understanding of your grief, trauma or suffering.
11-11:15 – Journal poignant pieces from journey, take time to debrief with group in circle. If someone wants support in going deeper into their journey/healing this is decided now.
11:15-11:45 – I facilitated a process to support whoever wants deeper work. The group will hold space and support each individual that is being worked on.
11:45-Noon – Close Sacred Space
