Please make note of the following:

• Stay for full event
• Have your camera on (unless wify issue). You may turn it off while journeying.
• Have a stone with you as well as something to smudge with – a bowl of water works great in lieu of sage/cedarwood/palo santos.

Event will unfold as follows:

1. Opening Sacred space with prayer and meditation
2. Check in from each of you with a few moments to share your intention and bring yourself to the circle.
3. Discussion of topic, such as power animal, archetype or teaching for the evening.
4. The Shamanic journey
5. Time to journal
6. Debrief/share
7. Close Sacred Space
